Sarah Lawrence decided she wanted to take charge of her income. Working for herself felt like the best option, and after a lot of research,she decided on becoming an independent consultant with Origami Owl.  A decision she couldn't be happier with since.

What inspired you to start your business?

I have never sold anything in my life. Once I saw the products that
Origami Owl offers, I knew there was something different about the
products and what they mean to people. Some tell their stories with
words; Origami Owl lets you tell your story with charms! You can
select from over two hundred available charms that have special
meaning to you or match your personal style. I knew that with all of
these options available, there was a necklace for everyone! I quickly
learned that with Origami Owl, I never had to "sell" anything. These
necklaces sell themselves!

 What did you do before and how did it prepare you for this business?
How long have you been doing this business?
I am currently a Registered Dental Hygienist so I feel very

comfortable talking one on one with people and developing a connection
with them. It is so important to develop a relationship with someone
in order for them to trust you and your business. They are the reason
I am successful!  I couldn't be happier with my decision to start working for myself and taking charge
of my income!

Who is your biggest inspiration/support?

Definitely my husband. With a 3 year old and a 10 month old, things
can get hectic. We have been married for almost 9 years and from day
one, he has always supported me in anything that I have wanted to do.
He is the most patient, kind and generous person I have ever met. Oh,
and an amazing dad, too! How did I get so blessed??

What tips do you have for other Mom’s who want to do this business?

Because this company is still so young, now is the perfect time to get
in and start building your business. I have never sold anything before
but after I researched this company, I knew there was something
different about it and I knew I wanted to be a part of it!

Tell me about your family:

I am the mother to a 3 (almost 4) year-old boy named Boston and and an adorable baby girl named Brittin. My husband and I have been married for almost 9 years and we enjoy spending time traveling, playing with

our dogs, and spending time outside!

Favorite way to relax, or guilty pleasure.  (how do you get “you” time)?

I know it's boring but I LOVE to sleep in! It doesn't happen very often, but when I get the chance, I definitely appreciate it!
