Tanner's Tasty Paste was developed by Dr. Janelle Holden a pediatric dentist in Manhattan Beach, CA.
By working with children everyday in her practice, Dr. Holden has learned which flavors children respond to best when using toothpastes and prophy pastes. This understanding of children's favorite flavors has lead to the development of the Tanner's Tasty Paste line of toothpastes for children. If children enjoy the flavors of their toothpastes, it is likely they'll brush better and more often. And, if they brush better and more often, they'll have fewer cavities!
We tried out the Baby Bling, The Cha-Cha Chocolate, and the Banilla Bling and all of my kids loved it! I am actually surprised to say that my two year old, who previously was raising quite a fit over brushing her teeth, now asks to brush her teeth and does so a couple times a day!! She loves the Baby Bling Toothpaste!
All the Tanner's Tasty Paste are Non-Foaming and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate Free. What does this mean? No bubbles or fizz that increase your risk of canker sores, because of the damage it does to oral tissues. SLS can also cause dry mouth because of the way it disrupts the PH balance in your mouth which causes bad breath, which promotes plaque. The addition of Xylitol helps to eliminate dry mouth and is a natural plant-based sweetener. Besides, who can beat a toothpaste that makes your kids want to brush!!!
All toothpaste from Tanner's is Gluten and Dairy free, the Baby Bling is flouride free so it is safe to swallow, and all flavors are great for the whole family! (even the grown-ups!)
