Santa is coming to town

Here are several events in Wichita, where Santa and his Elves, are taking a break to visit kids in Wichita....

Breakfast with Santa at Old Cowtown Museum, December 3rd and 10th at 9am.   A full breakfast with Santa, plus crafts.  Tickets sold in advance.  Click here to reserve.

Breakfast with Santa at the YMCA.  December 3rd at the North, Northwest, and El Dorado Y's.  December 10th at the East and Andover locations, and December 17th South and West.  View details here. 

December 13th is Spaghetti with Santa, at Botanica. Enjoy a spaghetti dinner from Defazio's with Santa and his elves, and sugar cookies from Connie's Cookies. Then enjoy the lights of Illuminations throughout Botanica Click here for times and ticket information.

The city of Wichita is collecting letters for Santa and giving away early Christmas presents now through December 14th. Children ages 12 and under can visit CityArts, Century II, Cowtown Museum and the All-American Indian Center and drop off their letters to Santa.  (They will receive a response if they include their return address.)  Presents of family memberships to the museums, or gift certificates, as well as the grand prize of a Fire Truck ride to school will be given away.  Check out the terms of the prizes and details, as well as links to locations for drop off, here.

A Night with Santa, is on Tuesday, December 6th, at Century II, 6:30-9pm.  Indoor carnival games, face painting, concessions, photos with Santa, prizes, and more. Tree lighting at Kennedy Plaza at 6pm.  This is a Free event for kids 12 and under, suggested donation for the Wichita Children's Home.  You can see their wish list and more details at the City of Wichita website.
