Check out 8coupons.com for sales, specials and coupons, They give you a map, with all the deals around town tagged with a dollar sign, signifying a deal there. You can customize your search by type of business, or search the index tab at the top of the map,to narrow down your search.
They list the top "8 deals daily" for your area, and you can subscribe by RSS feed to keep you updated.
There's even printable coupon links, and a place where you can share a deal you want to share with everyone else. Create a user login with password and provide your zip code and they will map out the deals for you to find. Pretty nifty!
