Proctor and Gamble has a  beauty magazine called Rouge that comes out 4 times a year that is full of great beauty tips and apparently loaded with coupons. To get it you need to sign up and create a login on their web page. Click here to go right to the subscribe page.
I really like the makeup tips, and ideas from a doctor on getting a better, less painful shave. (I'm always bumpy and nicked) There is also a section for savings and giveaways.
