Including Mommy and Me classes, free play, parents night out, and camp. Their focus is on fitness at a level your child can engage in. Songs, activities, story time and play equipment in a gym like setting. Our local My Gym is located at East 21st street and Webb Rd. They are enrolling now for summer camp for ages 3 and up.
